Materials
Spoons, yoghurts drinks and bibs for every participant
Step-by-step instructions
Everyone goes together in pairs. One person needs to give the another a drink, while the second's persons hands are behind their back. Then feed them the yoghurt. Then wipe their mouth. Then change roles.
Debriefing
How did it make you feel to be fed by someone else? Was it easy to eat at someone else's speed? How do you think people who are not able to feed themselves feel in this situation? What could be done to make it easier?
