Structure

Congress:        
The IFM-SEI Congress is the highest decision-making body of the movement.  The Congress meets once every three years to define the direction and work-plan of the organisation as well as electing a Presidium and Control Commission.

International Committee:   
The International Committee is IFM-SEI's decision-making body between Congresses.  The IC meets every year to approve finances and further define the detailed work plan.

Presidium:     
The Presidium is IFM-SEI's elected board, made up of the President, Secretary General and between seven and nine Vice Presidents from all world regions.  They meet three to four times a year to direct the work of the organisation.

Control Commission: 
The Control Commission is the elected body of three members.  Their role is to monitor the financial records of the organisation and decision-making processes.  The Control Commission meets between two and three times a year.

Regional Secretariats: 
Each world region (Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, Middle East) has a secretariat, running activities in their region.  These secretariats are all volunteers and the structures vary between regions.
